CHALLENGE
Red Bull tasked us to design a website for the international King of the Air kite surfing tournament final where the public can submit their entries to become contestants and compete with the best kite surfers in the world.
INSIGHT
In our research we found that King of the Air spectators and contestants would like all the content in the same location and easy to digest.
STRATEGY
We created a full content website where the public can submit videos of their best moves and follow the progress of the tournament live as it progresses. We also had a riders page where the public can get to know the riders and a live scoring page where you can follow the competition and judges results in real time as it happens. The live scoring website was linked to the physical LED scoreboard throughout the competition.
